Please clarify your ESVV membership status.

 You are ESVV member if you had applied for membership and were admitted by ESVV Assembly at one of the earlier congresses.

To be eligible for the reduced participation fee, the 50 EUR membership fee must be paid to the Society for the period of 2006-2009.

We have a list of those who paid the membership fee after the Congress in Lisbon. If you are not sure whether you have done so, please ask (harrach@vmri.hu) before transferring the congress fee of 450 or 500 euros.

 If you wish to pay the 50 EUR membership fee as well, you should pay it to the ESVV treasurer
 (http://esvv.eu) as soon as possible. Thank you.

Farewell dinner at the Hungarian Agricultural Museum Tuesday (25^th August) evening

A card for unlimited travels with the Budapest Public Transport BKV (only for those whose registration fee is received by 15^th June latest)

Cancellation policy:

 Upon cancellations made by e-mail before or on the 15^th July, the full registration fee (less the bank expenses) will be refunded.

Upon cancellations made by e-mail before or on 1^st August, half of the registration fee (less the bank expenses) will be refunded.

Sorry, but no refunds after this time.

                         ESVV fellowships (maximum of 500 EUR each) are available for a maximum of 10 young scientists.

By Bank Transfer to the bank account of the Veterinary Medical Research Institute, Hungarian Academy of Sciences (in Hungarian: MTA Állatorvos-tudományi Kutatóintézete), indicated below.

It is a great help if colleagues transfer their fees combined (together) as banks charge (quite much) separately for each. Please, use normal devisa (euro) transfer (D) and not Step-2 (S) as the later one costs us a lot. Do not forget to use our IBAN number. Thanks.
